SharePoint 2007 WebPart - VIEWS Error

Jul 23, 2008 at 7:03 AM
I am trying to built the Sharepoint 2007 Web Part using VIEWS, There is an error occuring.

Here is the problem
Unhandled Error in Silverlight 2 Application
[ScriptObject_TypeDoesNotExist]
Argument: VEMap
Debugging resource strings are unavailable. Often the key and arguments provide sufficient information to diagnose the problem.
Windows.Browser.dll&Key=ScriptObject_TypeDoesNotExist
Parameter name: typeName at
ScriptObject.JSObject.createClass.

Thanks in anticipation

I appreciate every single idea that pour into...

Any time you see a TypeDosNotExist exception it's usually because you don't have the Virtual Earth script referenced properly. Make sure your web part (programatically) follows the same steps in Getting Started guide liked from the main page.

Thanks Jared,

I could able to see the web part up and running on Windows XP Pro with IE 7.0 Installed. Moreover it is also running on another client with Windows Server 2003  IE7.0 installed. However the same web part is giving me the same error mentioned above on Server machine (Having Windows Server 2003 / IE7.0 and Sharepoint Server 2007 installed).

I appreciate if someone can shed some light on this issue. Are there anything to do with IE configuration / Windows Server 2003 configuration settings.

Thanks
